Patient Services Associate

We are a reputable dental practice in London, seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Main Duties:- Ensure the smooth running of the front desk, responding to patient inquiries and providing exceptional service
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing productivity
- Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Maintain accurate patient records, updating information as necessary and ensuring confidentiality
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries effectively, resolving any issues promptly
- Work closely with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow, communicating effectively and anticipating needs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times, adhering to health and safety standards
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the practice
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using SOE software (desired but not essential)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work on various days as needed
This role includes:
- A competitive hourly rate of £14 approx
