Leadership Opportunity in Patient Services

We are seeking a motivated individual to take on a leadership role within our Private Patients Unit. This exciting opportunity involves leading the inpatient service delivery across all PPU sites, ensuring effective management and delivery underpins the leadership of the services.
The successful candidate will work closely with their administrative team to drive and deliver excellent person-centred care and customer service. They will be responsible for inpatient bookings, theatre slots, and other key areas of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- To manage and lead the inpatient service delivery team, ensuring effective service delivery and high-quality patient care.
- To develop and implement strategies for improving service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- A management qualification (e.g., MBA or equivalent).
- Significant demonstrable experience of working in patient services, preferably in a middle management or supervisory role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
