Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Support Service Manager to join our Front of House Team at The London Clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a multi-functional administration team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of receptionists and administrators, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue in line with agreed objectives, focusing on competitive pricing, targeted sales, and delivery activities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient management of hospital appointments, including outpatients, imaging, and other services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality customer service.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, secretaries, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth, timely, and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven Management Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a target-driven administration team, with a proven track record of delivering results and leading high-performance teams.
  • Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting and medical environment is highly desirable.
  • Change Management: Significant experience of change management, developing training programs, and implementing SLAs/KPIs to drive performance.
