Job Description

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Neonatal Intensivist to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the development of our team. You will work closely with our consultants, registrars, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the neonatal team
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Mentor and support junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in neonatology, including experience in intensive care units
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
  • Registration with the GMC (General Medical Council)
