Job Title: Neonatal Clinical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced nurse clinician to join our team as a Neonatal Clinical Lead. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in neonatal care and a proven track record of leading clinical teams and improving patient outcomes. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the neonatal clinical team, ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided at all times.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors.
  • To provide education and training to staff members on best practices in neonatal care.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Extensive experience in neonatal care.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Denmark Hill, London, SE5 9RS.
