**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Early Intervention Coordinator to join our team at Oxfordshire County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families by providing early support and intervention.

As an Early Intervention Coordinator, you will work closely with families to identify risks and develop personalized plans to promote positive outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and improve services.

About the Role:

  • You will conduct home visits and community assessments to understand the needs of families and develop targeted interventions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local agencies and organizations to access additional resources and support.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on early intervention strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A degree in social work or a related field, with current registration with Social Work England.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and families in a statutory setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual leave, pension scheme, and relocation allowance of up to £8,000.
