**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Medical Research Coordinator to join our team at the University of Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in specialised clinical data management within our Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The primary responsibility of this role is completion of case report forms (CRFs) to record medical research data. You will work closely with our clinical staff to resolve subsequent data queries and organise monitoring visits required by trial sponsors.

You will also provide administrative support to our research nursing team, involving organisation of screening appointments, admissions and tests mandated by the research protocol, and communication of appointment and admission related information to patients and carers.

The post is based in our state-of-the-art facilities at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford, and is offered on a full-time basis, fixed term for two years.

You will be required to apply for and obtain an NHS Honorary Contract to undertake this role.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • GCSE level or equivalent
  • Advanced Office and IT skills for document management, information processing and communication
  • Good team player but equally capable of working well on your own initiative
  • Sound communication (written and verbal English) skills
  • Experience of working in a regulatory environment advantageous
