We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Brighterbox. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the MD, including data entry, document preparation, and travel arrangements
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to process payments and contracts in a timely manner
  • Execute various administrative tasks, including event coordination, expenses management, and HR support
  • Support the MD on ad-hoc runner duties and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
