The Opportunity

As the Head of People & Culture, you will play a crucial role in defining and nurturing our client's culture and talent strategy to ensure they remain innovative and ahead of the curve. You will lead a small team, working closely with leadership and employees to create an environment where everyone can thrive in their remote-first hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and values.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and report on key HR metrics to the executive team.
  • Design and oversee HR strategies like pay equity and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Implement comprehensive employee retention strategies focused on professional development, recognition, and a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role.
  • Experience implementing core HR processes in an international remote/hybrid setup.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management and employee engagement practices.
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence, and excellent at building strong relationships across all organisational levels with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal command of English and German languages.
