Job Title: Interim Head of People and Change

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within the People and Culture Directorate at the University of Leeds. As Interim Head of People and Change, you will play a critical role in driving organisational development and change management across the University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support and professional change management expertise to the University's leadership team.
  • Develop and implement solutions to support delivery of complex transformational change across various service areas.
  • Lead and manage a team of professional colleagues to deliver a high-quality and strategically aligned service.
  • Strengthen the University's service leadership and delivery, enhancing both institutional and individual performance.
  • Support the delivery of the University's strategic priorities through innovative approaches to organisational development and change management.
