Job Title: Interim Head of People Programmes and Planning

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate project portfolio, as well as oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team.

About the Role

As Interim Head of People Programmes and Planning, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely achievement of our strategic aims, working closely with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision across PCD.

You will lead your own team through the period of transformation and beyond, working with teams across the Directorate and key stakeholders across the University to build and maintain effective relationships, creating a culture of trust and providing professional support and challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate project portfolio
  • Oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team
  • Work closely with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision across PCD
  • Lead your own team through the period of transformation and beyond
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with teams across the Directorate and key stakeholders across the University
