Job Summary

This role is open to current employees within People and Culture at the University of Leeds, offering a unique opportunity to lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate (PCD) project portfolio.

As the Interim Head of People Programmes and Planning, you will oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team, supporting the timely achievement of our strategic aims.

You will work closely with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision across PCD, leading your own team through a period of transformation and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and governance of the PCD project portfolio
  • Oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team
  • Support the timely achievement of our strategic aims
  • Work with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision across PCD
  • Lead your own team through a period of transformation and beyond
