This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate project portfolio, as well as oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Interim Head of People Programmes and Planning. As a key member of the People and Culture Directorate leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely achievement of our strategic aims.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate project portfolio
- Oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team
- Support the timely achievement of our strategic aims
- Work with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision
- Lead your own team through the period of transformation and beyond
