Key Role Overview

This is a critical leadership role within the People and Culture Directorate at the University of Leeds. As Interim Head of People Programmes and Planning, you will be responsible for leading the development and governance of the project portfolio, as well as overseeing the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate project portfolio
  • Oversee the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team
  • Support the timely achievement of strategic aims
  • Ensure that activity dependent on the Corporate Processes and Systems programme is identified and delivered in required timescales
  • Work with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision
  • Lead your own team through the period of transformation and beyond
