Strategic People Development Lead

This role is open to current employees within People and Culture at the University of Leeds only.

Salary: Grade 9 (£56,021 - £64,914 p.a. depending upon experience)

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The role will lead the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate (PCD) project portfolio, as well as oversee delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team; supporting the timely achievement of our strategic aims.

This key role will also play a vital part in ensuring that activity upon which the Corporate Processes and Systems (CPS) programme is dependent is identified and delivered in required timescales, supporting the readiness of the Directorate to undertake this transformational change.
