Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Leeds as an Interim Deputy Head of Human Resources. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the University's Strategic aims.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Head of HR and provide strategic support to the team.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Manage and develop a team of professional colleagues to deliver a high-quality and strategically aligned service.
- Support the implementation of the new service delivery model as part of the CPS programme.
