Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the development and governance of the People and Culture Directorate project portfolio, as well as overseeing the delivery of all programmes led within the People Programmes and Planning team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that activity upon which the Corporate Processes and Systems programme is dependent is identified and delivered in required timescales, supporting the readiness of the Directorate to undertake this transformational change.

Key responsibilities include working with leaders across the Directorate to embed a shared purpose and vision, leading the team through the period of transformation and beyond, and building and maintaining effective relationships with teams across the Directorate and key stakeholders across the University.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team of professional colleagues to deliver a high-quality and strategically aligned service are essential for success in this role.
