Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in delivering business objectives and driving organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and other HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to drive business results and improve employee experience.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, in a fair and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to align and execute the People plan, championing change and the development of our teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance HR practices and processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness and innovation of the HR function.

Requirements:

  • Proactive approach to employee engagement and staff development.
  • Appropriate HR experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience of managing disciplinary and grievance processes, up to and including dismissal.
