Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our sales teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to sales managers and employees to drive business performance and growth.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR systems and records.
  • Travel to sites within the region to support with HR needs and provide guidance to sales teams.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits provision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license.
