Job Title: HR Business Partner

Transform Trust and Teaching School Alliance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our schools and central team to deliver high-quality education and achieve excellent outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to our schools and central team, ensuring that our people are equipped to deliver outstanding education and achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the achievement of our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our schools and central team, ensuring that our people are engaged, motivated, and equipped to deliver outstanding education.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our people, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development of our HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Significant experience in HR, preferably in an education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our schools and central team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert HR advice and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
