Job Title: HR Business Partner

Transform Trust and Teaching School Alliance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service to our schools, working closely with school leaders and staff to provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to school leaders and staff on employee relations, employment law, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the development of HR strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to HR services.
