Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic HR guidance to senior management and employees throughout the organisation.
  • Provide support to line management at designated locations on all aspects of employee relations, overseeing cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Manage and prioritise caseloads efficiently, extending assistance to colleagues when required.
  • Interpret and enforce internal policies, with a focus on attendance and conduct regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to formulate and implement HR policies.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for designated areas, presenting recommendations to drive enhancements.
  • Execute ad hoc HR projects as necessitated by business demands.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a CIPD Level 5 Professional qualification or higher.
  • Minimum two years' experience at the advisor level (Previous case management experience is essential)
  • Thorough understanding of prevailing employment laws and regulations.
  • Confident, self-assured demeanour with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
