**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, including Bespoke Health & Social Care and Team Brain Injury.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees
  • Lead on HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
