Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to transition into a more strategic role as an HR Business Partner Associate with a leading organization?

This position offers a comprehensive generalist experience, allowing you to engage in significant organizational transformation initiatives.

Our client, a prominent player in their sector, is seeking an HR Business Partner Associate to enhance their proficient HR partnering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing HR support to management across various locations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on organizational transformation initiatives, including site openings, closures, TUPE processes, and restructuring
  • Working alongside the broader HR team, including recruitment and Learning & Development, to contribute to overarching people strategies
  • Facilitating talent management and succession planning
  • Overseeing change management processes, including site transitions and TUPE
  • Engaging in projects aimed at improving employee engagement
  • Managing a diverse caseload of employee relations matters, including complex grievances and disciplinary issues

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours of on-site work.

We are seeking seasoned HR professionals who can independently handle intricate employee relations cases and have experience leading change management efforts, such as site transitions and restructures.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-focused industries and be adept at navigating high-volume, high-pressure environments where stakeholder expectations are significant.

As a candidate, you should possess assertiveness, resilience, and tenacity, along with exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels of seniority.
