Client Success and Growth Partner

We are seeking a Client Success and Growth Partner to join our team at Exposed Solutions. This role involves assisting clients throughout the awards entry process, generating leads for awards programmes, and selling attendance to our awards events.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, are essential for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with a CRM system (SalesForce preferable) are also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves identifying and researching potential participants for awards programs through various channels, including industry research, online platforms, and networking. You will also be responsible for proactively reaching out to past and potential participants to promote attendance at our awards events. Conducting sales calls and meetings to showcase the benefits and value of entering and attending our awards events is another key aspect of this position. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor and resource for clients, providing guidance on maximizing their awards entry and event attendance opportunities.
