UK Expansion Strategy Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our expansion strategy in the UK market. As a Digital Transformation Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy for Singulier in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record of driving business growth and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive growth strategy for Singulier in the UK, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Leading engagement with key clients and stakeholders in the UK market, including private equity firms and corporates.
- Building and leading a high-performing team of consultants in the UK.
**Requirements**
- 10+ years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in a strategy consulting firm.
- Established and extensive PE network in the UK.
- Entrepreneurial/business development spirit with strategic and operational abilities.
- Digital skills and knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to a moving environment and a growing team - you will be responsible for recruiting and developing the team.
- Good business knowledge of the UK market.
- Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy.
- Track record of accurate, high quality work, with strong written and communication skills.
- Excellent commercial abilities.

**Salary:** £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits package includes access to the partnership (equity of the holding company), health insurance, and pension scheme.
