We are seeking a talented Sales Leader to join our team in London and drive our expansion in the UK and European markets. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

With a strong background in sales and leadership, you will have a proven track record of success in quota attainment and team management. Your expertise in selling SaaS solutions to businesses in the payments, fintech, lending, wealth, and infrastructure industries will be invaluable in this role.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams in the US and Europe to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with top accounts and leading by example to motivate and inspire your team to achieve aggressive sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and concise language. They will also have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage existing teams while recruiting and up-skilling new talent.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
