We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for lawyers to join our client's team as part of their expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, with experience of working with law firms and advising on transactions.

Our client is looking for lawyers who can bring their expertise and passion for M&A to the role. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing team to advise on transactions, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies for expansion.

Our client is a leading professional service business with a strong reputation in the UK market. They offer a full-service approach to law, working with multinational corporations, national corporates, small & medium enterprises, and HNW individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK legal market and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results. They will also have a genuine interest in expanding their services and growing their practice.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £150,000 - £220,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a bonus structure, pension scheme, and private healthcare.
