Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support, sales, or project management roles and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be the main point of contact for our service engineers, booking appointments and ensuring that all health and safety aspects are considered.
Key responsibilities will include delivering maintenance works, emergency call-outs, and resolving customer service issues within agreed SLAs. You will also be responsible for advancing the company as a first-choice supplier and ensuring repeat business.
Key skills and abilities include:
- Prior experience in dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and experience
- High level of communication skills, both internal and external
- Confident personality as you will be the first point of contact for the business
- Good IT skills
