Job Summary:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at JS Recruitment UK LTD.

This role is a fixed term contract with strong potential to become permanent and is based in Leeds.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading consumer goods manufacturer with an international presence, supplying to major retailers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor customer stock trackers and orders to prevent stockouts.
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets to download and manage Retailer EPOS data.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or supply chain roles, preferably working with major retailers.
  • Strong understanding of the supply chain and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Able to work in a team environment and manage time efficiently.

What We Offer:

  • 6-month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent.
  • Full-time working days/hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Salary: £28,000 p.a.
