Huntress is seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Professional to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional manner, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

This is an office-based position requiring strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Insurance claims experience/knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve them in a professional manner
  • Deal with and open customer insurance claims, ensuring service level agreements are adhered to
  • Apply efficient cost control
  • Update jobs on the system to maintain records
  • Ensure documentation is compliant and follows the Data Protection Act
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary between £24k-£26k per annum (dependent on experience), paid on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch.

We also provide a range of benefits including 22 days annual leave, which increases by one day for every full year up to a maximum of 25 days, a bonus scheme, qualification sponsorship, employee assistance programme, and more.
