We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Claims Technician at Huntress in Aylesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong customer service experience within an office environment, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking to customers and handling calls.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Being the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolving them in a professional manner
  • Dealing and opening customer insurance claims, and ensuring service level agreements are adhered to
  • Applying efficient cost control
  • Updating jobs on the system to maintain records

We offer a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum (DOE), plus a range of benefits, including 22 days annual leave which increases by 1 day for every full year up to a max of 25 days, bonus scheme, qualification sponsorship - Cert CII and other relevant qualifications, employee Assistance Programme, and more.
