About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Claims Handler to join our team in Aylesbury. As a Building Claims Handler, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted work from our client's network of specialists, ensuring that all aspects of the claims process are handled efficiently and effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery
  • Validate costs and claim coverage to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Work collaboratively with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work and repair schedules
  • Provide support and guidance to the network, ensuring effective issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Previous experience in claims handling or a related field is beneficial but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £23,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company pension, health and wellbeing programme, bereavement leave, and casual dress.
