Adecco UK Limited is seeking a skilled Claims Validator to join their team in Aylesbury. As a Claims Validator, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work, ensuring repair schedules are efficient and aligned with client requirements.

You will work closely with a network of Restoration specialists, local suppliers, and clients to assess and validate claims. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills will be key in successfully reconciling costs and claim coverage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with a network of suppliers
  • Ensuring effective communication between all key stakeholders
  • Validating costs and claim coverage
  • Reconciling work carried out
  • Adhering to service levels and client philosophies

The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively. Previous experience validating claims or strong insurance experience is beneficial, but not essential.
