Talent Management Specialist

Huntress is seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years' experience in HR management and over 3 years' experience in people management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the overall people strategy and HR practices for the business, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, workplace pension, and hybrid working.
The role involves:
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures and other documentation, ensuring they are kept up to date, confidential, and compliant with GDPR and other relevant regulations
- Managing recruitment and internal promotions across the business
- Providing training and support to managers in managing performance issues
- Completing training sessions to all employees for the business, such as surveys to improve retention of staff
- Driving diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring a welcoming workplace for the business
- Management of all employee relations issues including absence, disciplinary, grievance and sickness, as well as dispute resolution, retirement, and redundancy
- Preparing and maintaining reports and business plans related to specific HR projects
- Working closely with senior management to deliver HR strategies to engage and retain employees
To be successful for this position, you must have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
