Role OverviewThis role will play a vital part in our mission to enhance community resilience by supporting the Badger, Cadet, and RISE programmes across Thames Valley.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert support to programme leaders and ensure seamless delivery of youth-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with Youth Unit Managers to develop and implement high-quality programmes that meet SJA standards.
- Serve as a liaison between Units and District teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- A strong understanding of SJA's values and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
