Huntress is hiring a Claims Resolution Specialist to support their growing operations in Aylesbury. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide timely resolutions to customer queries and complaints, and maintain accurate records.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £22,500 and £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include 22 days annual leave, a bonus scheme, qualification sponsorship, and an Employee Assistance Programme.

About the Role:

  • First point of contact for customer queries and complaints
  • Deal with customer insurance claims and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is compliant

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Insurance claims experience/knowledge desirable but not essential
