Huntress is seeking an Insurance Claims Coordinator to join their team in Aylesbury. As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, dealing with insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £22,500 and £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include 22 days annual leave, a bonus scheme, qualification sponsorship, and an Employee Assistance Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and provide exceptional service
  • Deal with customer insurance claims and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is compliant

  • Strong customer service experience in an office environment
