**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as a High-Performance Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective leadership, managing a high-performing team of retail professionals, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a luxury retail environment, be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits including 50% off all products and incentives based on performance.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of retail professionals, driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual display techniques, and maintaining a positive store environment that exceeds customer expectations.
