Sales Development Representative

BMS Performance is one of the UK's leading suppliers of façade and timber products to the construction industry.
We supply a wide range of products to aid projects such as housing developments, stadiums, shopping centers, and more.
Job DescriptionThis graduate role aims to progress you into a client-facing position, initially going on meetings with another member of the sales team before starting to lead them independently.
- We are seeking an ambitious Sales Trainee to join our well-established sales team.
In your first 12 months, you will learn all aspects of the business and have opportunities to shadow experienced sales team members on client meetings.
Your goal will be to develop towards targeting architects, building contractors, property developers, and house builders.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Building relationships with Customers and Suppliers.
- Preparing and sending quotes and sales information to customers.
- Arranging samples for projects and maintaining stocks and showroom facility where applicable.
- Using our project HUB to provide administration support to the external sales team.
- Being proactive in organizing databases for mailshots and supporting company marketing activities.
- Meeting Company expectations in relation to target income, company procedures, and KPIs.
- Embracing training development on sales and product knowledge.
- Performing any other duty deemed by the directors to be in the interest of the team.
The salary package includes:
- £25,000 - £27,000 basic salary.
- OVERTIME circa £30,000.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Pension scheme.

- Company car scheme after probation period.
