Head of Employee Relations Specialist

The Sirius Search team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Employee Relations Specialist to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements and the possibility of part-time hours (four days per week).
About the Role- You will be responsible for handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and investigations.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external advisors and suppliers.
- Liaising with stakeholders to promote the People service.
- Supporting the Director of People & Development on significant firm-wide changes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the People team and contribute to ad-hoc project work as required.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and other HR processes where necessary.
- Ensure that all legislative and compliance requirements are met.
- Actively promote the People service and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Support the Director of People & Development in significant firm-wide changes.
- Liaise with external advisors and suppliers to provide employment advice and support.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
