We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Team Head to lead our design team at Premier Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of talented designers, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs.

The role involves overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, proficiency in 3D CAD software, and experience in manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly.

The estimated salary for this position is £57,500 - £67,500 per annum, depending on experience. If you are an experienced Mechanical Design Manager looking for a challenging leadership role, we invite you to apply.
