Employee Growth Initiatives Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Growth Initiatives Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This full-time, 12-month FTC role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Managing data entry, handling compliance-related queries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of development initiatives.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for this role.
