We are a new to market executive care provider, offering support to adults in need of rehabilitation in their own homes across East Sussex and Kent. We pride ourselves on delivering Person Centred Care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Head Injury Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping customers with tasks such as holiday cover, providing companionship, and supporting daily activities. Your role would include:

  • Providing emotional support and a listening service
  • Assisting with medication administration, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided using an app on your phone

We offer a competitive salary of up to £15-£17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Senior Care Worker, you will enjoy flexible working hours, including shift work and regular hours, with opportunities for career advancement and training programmes.

Key requirements include:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and their families
