Home Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team in East Sussex and Kent. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional care services to private clients who have suffered a head injury.
About the Role:
- Deliver person-centred care to enhance the well-being of our clients.
- Assist with medication administration, meal preparation, and household tasks as needed.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using a mobile app.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Competitive pay rates up to £15-17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
