We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at our client's home based in Bidborough.

This role involves providing personalized support to an adult with a spinal cord injury, including assistance with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and domestic duties.

No previous experience is required, as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.

The ideal candidate will possess a kind and caring nature, flexibility, reliability, and good communication skills. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, plus accrued holiday pay and opportunities for professional development.

We offer flexible zero-hours contracts, regular consistent work, and the chance to join our Active Learning Hub, which provides e-learning and face-to-face training opportunities.
