Support Worker Role in Bath Area

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Bath area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Support Worker in a supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality care to clients, following their individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- To maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration, wound care, and other relevant information.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a caregiver or care assistant in the UK within the past 3 years.
- Knowledge of care equipment and handling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Up to £15.60 per hour (including holiday pay).
