Administrative Operations Manager

We have retail chains present in nine countries worldwide, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Winners, HomeGoods, Sierra, TK Maxx, and Homesense. Our Global Buying Offices purchase goods locally and scout regional markets for exciting products, with offices located in Italy, UK, Portugal, Poland, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support to our VP and DVPs, ensuring office systems and divisional procedures are administered effectively. You will handle confidential data compilation, analysis, and summarization, plan and book travel for EBO Management and Group Events, oversee special projects, and work closely with our Office Manager/MA Lead.
