CV-Library is recruiting for an experienced Property Administrator to join our client's team in Letchworth.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with hybrid working available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating legal documentation, using templates tailored to specific transactions and ensuring documents are checked, issued, and completed.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electronic filing records in accordance with GDPR requirements.
  • They will also coordinate updates to property data, including lettings and lease renewals.
  • Additional responsibilities include management of the Property email account, distributing enquiries to colleagues.

The salary for this estate agency administrator job is approximately £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Primary point of contact for solicitors, responding to information requests.
  2. Annual reviews of documentation.
  3. Collation of data and information for the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administrative processes and document management.
  • A good understanding of property administration principles.
  • A methodical and organized team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
