Job Title: Payroll Administrator

McMullen's, a family brewer and pub operator based in Hertford, is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.

This office-based role involves preparing and running weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring all necessary returns are made to HMRC within deadlines, and checking payroll information supplied by pub managers.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of payroll experience, preferably with Fourth Hospitality Software and Earnie, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Strong numeracy skills, good IT skills, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on previous payroll experience. The company offers a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, team discount card, 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, family-friendly policies, training opportunities, discretionary bonus, and a turkey for Christmas.
